Food for Life: Fueling up on Low-Fat Foods

Steering clear of fatty fare is an important first step in healthifying your diet and preventing chronic disease. Dietary fat not only hinders the immune system, it also drives hormone production, and boosts cholesterol levels to unsafe levels. But ditching the fat doesn't mean ditching the flavor! In fact, just the opposite. This class will show you how to prepare delicious, low-fat dishes and cooking methods that don't require added fats or oils. Let's make dinner together!

Pricing as follows: $140 in-home class session. Up to 4 people. Additional attendees +$20 per person. Must have dates and number of attendees finalized 7 days in advance with payment confirmed. Please give notice for any food allergies as well. A list of Hosting Necessities and Menu Plan specific to your class request will also be sent to you. We can't wait to get cooking together!
